Client Terms
1. Scope of work
Every engagement starts with a written scope: what will be delivered, by when, and what is explicitly not included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Nothing gets added silently, in either direction.
2. Payment
Projects run on an agreed fee, typically split between a booking deposit and one or more milestone payments. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the agreed term; work may pause on overdue invoices.
3. Revisions
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the scope. Revisions cover refinement of agreed work; a change of direction after approval is treated as new scope.
4. Timelines
Timelines are planned to be realistic and are met without weekend crunch. They assume timely feedback and assets from you. Where a dependency slips, the schedule shifts by an equivalent amount and we tell you immediately rather than quietly absorbing it.
5. Client responsibilities
You provide access, brand assets, approvals and a single point of contact for decisions. Fast feedback is the single biggest factor in a project landing on time.
6. Ownership and usage
On final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. Zenblizz retains the right to reference the engagement in its own portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Anything you share that isn't public stays private, during the engagement and after it. The same applies in reverse. A separate NDA can be signed on request.
8. Termination
Either side may end an engagement with written notice as stated in the scope. Work completed up to that point is invoiced and delivered; unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.
9. Liability
Zenblizz's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Questions
Anything unclear before signing? Send a note through the contact form and we'll talk it through.
